Please read these terms carefully before using our lead matching and conversion tracking platform.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EasyConversions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our intelligent lead matching and conversion tracking service.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service, including those who connect customer databases, process ActiveCampaign webhooks, or utilize our matching algorithms.

Subscription and Payments

2.1 Subscription Terms

EasyConversions is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription
  • Accept our refund and cancellation policies
  • Understand that usage limits apply to lead processing and matching

2.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable taxes
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Accept our pricing and payment terms
  • Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Pay additional fees for exceeding usage limits on lead processing

User Responsibilities

As a user of EasyConversions, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your customer databases
  • Ensure you have proper authorization to process customer data
  • Maintain the security of your account and API credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and data protection regulations
  • Not share your account credentials or API keys
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or its matching algorithms
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer our lead matching technology
  • Respect the privacy and data protection rights of your customers
  • Ensure your ActiveCampaign webhook configurations comply with their terms

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EasyConversions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes our proprietary lead matching algorithms, conversion tracking technology, and analytics systems. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our permission.

You retain ownership of your customer data and lead information, but grant us a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing our matching and analytics services.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service for lead processing and matching, but do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service, including any impact on your lead matching capabilities or conversion tracking.

We may perform maintenance on our systems that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using EasyConversions, you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations that may apply to your customer data.

We process your customer data and lead information solely for the purpose of providing our matching and analytics services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyConversions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Inaccuracies in lead matching results or conversion analytics
  • Delays or failures in processing ActiveCampaign webhooks
  • Data loss or corruption during customer database processing
  • Interruptions in service affecting your lead tracking capabilities

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data and matching results before account deletion, subject to our data retention policies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
